I'm Dan Welberry, founder and owner, and I'm delighted to welcome you here. We are the new kids on the block. We know that. And we also know we can't do everything at once. And that's exactly why I want to share our vision with you from the very start - whether you're a customer, a supplier, or someone thinking about joining our team.

What We're About

New Forest Country Store was born from a simple belief: that equestrian and country retail can be done better. More personal. More modern. More honest. We're not here to be just another store - we want to be the store you actually look forward to dealing with. The one that knows your name, stocks what you need, and goes the extra mile without being asked.

Our Services

Delivery

We offer a free five-day-a-week feed and bedding delivery service within a 20-mile radius of Ringwood. You can add anything from our website stock to your delivery order too. Simply ring us on 01425 201301 and we'll make sure your delivery arrives when you need it.

And if it's urgent? We'll do our best to get it to you the same day. If you can't find what you're looking for on our site, just ask - we'll do everything we can to source it for you.

New brands are being added all the time, so keep an eye on our site and socials. As well as online ordering, you can click and collect from our Ringwood warehouse: Unit D1, Platinum Jubilee Business Park, Hopclover Way, Ringwood, BH24 3FQ. We'll also have a showroom here, with our product range on display.

In Store

We open D1 in August 2026, but we're not stopping there. As I write this, we've agreed the let of a new 2,750+ sq ft unit that will provide a dedicated retail showroom, team hub, web fulfilment, and something a little special that I'll be sharing more about very soon.

And we're not stopping there - we're already scoping our destination premises: a full retail warehouse, feed and bedding barn, and café. Watch this space.

Something for Every Pocket

We genuinely believe great equestrian and country clothing and equipment shouldn't be out of reach. That's why we're doing our best to offer three tiers - Good, Better, Best - so you can always find the right option for your budget, without compromise on quality at any level.

NFCS Equestrian

We're also launching our own brand equestrian range: NFCS Equestrian. Designed with our roots in the New Forest and built for riders who want something a little different. Made in the UK, you'll be able to get your hands on the first pieces this summer, starting at the New Forest Show, 28th–30th July.

Tech That Works for You

We're a modern business and we intend to use technology to make your experience better. Expect a new NFCS app, digital and card loyalty points, and AI-powered chat tools on our website - fully loaded with the product knowledge to guide you through everything from seasonal rug selection to first aid assistance.
