Feeding ACV can also help if your having feeding issues as it can improve the horses appetite and aid in balancing the digestive tract's pH. Just dilute it 50:50 with some water to treat skin conditions, repel flies, or clean the hoof sole. Researchers have also suggested that by adding a cub of ACV to the horses feed may reduce the formation of mineral stones in the gut. Mildly acidic: not recommended for horses prone to gastric ulcers.
